Why we should not drink water immediate after a meal?
We always have a 2-3 meal in a day. After having a meal the process of digestion start. When we start eating food our body ready to digest food and to digest the food properly pancreas and liver releases some digestive juices, this juice mixed with food and help to break down the food for better digestion.
The digestive juice released by the pancreas is liquid in nature, If we drink too much of water immediately after at meal most of digestive juices will flow with water, and food dose not get enough digestive justice to digest the food, so it is difficult to stomach too digest the food.
Make a habit to drink a small amount of water after a meal for better digestion.
